This Privacy Policy explains how Carver Ranches Partners, Inc. ("CRP," "we," "us"), an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity, collects and uses information through carverranchespartners.org and the CRPHub app (together, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Contact information (name, email, phone) submitted through forms like Contact, Volunteer, and Community Care
• Ranches Kidd membership information, including optional community-history details like years associated with Carver Ranches, school attended, and family names
• For a minor registered by a parent or guardian: the child's name and date of birth, and the guardian's own contact information and consent, provided by the guardian, not the child
• Donation information, including amount and, if provided, your name and email; full payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our systems
• Event registration and ticketing information for CRP programs and events

3. Children's Privacy

CRP's Ranches Kidd membership allows a parent or guardian to register a minor. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children; a minor's registration information is provided by, and consented to by, their parent or guardian. We do not publish any minor's personal information, including date of birth, contact information, family information, or guardian information, publicly. A parent or guardian may request that their child's information be corrected or removed by contacting us.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate CRP programs, membership, events, and Community Care requests
• Process donations and send receipts
• Communicate with you about programs, events, and requests you've made
• Verify Ranches Kidd membership connections to Carver Ranches
• Improve the Services and understand how they're used

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.

5. Who We Share Information With

We use Supabase to store data and Stripe to process payments; your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's own privacy practices. We use Resend to deliver transactional emails, such as event confirmations. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Ranches Kidd membership information is visible only to you and CRP staff or admins, never published publicly.

6. Data Retention and Your Choices

We retain information as long as needed to operate the Services and meet our recordkeeping obligations as a nonprofit. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information (or, for a minor, their information) at any time by contacting us. If you've opted in to marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including row-level access controls on our database and never storing full payment card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
