Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CRPHub mobile app and the carverranchespartners.org website (together, the "Services"), operated by Carver Ranches Partners, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ("CRP," "we," "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a ticket or pass, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who Can Use the Services

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. Some features, including event ticket purchases, may require you to be 18 or older.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account access secure and for any activity under your account. Sign-in is handled via a one-time link sent to your email, do not share that link with anyone else. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Tickets, Passes, and Payments

CRP program tickets and donations are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. CRP does not store your full payment card details. All sales are final unless an event is canceled or postponed by CRP, in which case we will provide instructions for a refund or credit. Digital passes are non-transferable unless explicitly reassigned through the app. CRP reserves the right to change pricing and availability at any time before purchase. Some events referenced on this website, including the Carver Ranches Legacy Ball, are community-organized events for which CRP provides digital and event support only, and are not sold, hosted, or financially administered by CRP.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
• Resell or transfer tickets/passes in violation of these Terms
• Upload harmful code or interfere with the Services' operation
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with CRP

6. Your Content

If you submit information through the Services (registration details, form submissions, messages), you grant CRP the right to use that information to operate and improve the Services, consistent with how we describe our data practices to you at the point of collection. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to CRP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe for payments and Supabase for data storage. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's own terms. CRP is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CRP does not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to CRP, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
