Workforce Development
Hands-on skills, trades training, and employer connections for residents.
Overview
What this program does
Workforce Development is being built to prepare residents for meaningful employment through hands-on skills and trades training, career readiness, certifications, and connections to local employer partners. Any future partnership pathway, including with outside training providers, will maintain clear nonprofit and for-profit separation and a clear charitable benefit.
